Extended Stay America Suites - Boston - Peabody, Peabody

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room, equipped with a fridge, sink, and a 2-burner stove, was just right for our overnight stay but reeked of cigarettes. It was large with two double beds and a kitchenette, although the bathroom felt tight. The service, especially by Peter, the general manager, was friendly and accommodating, taking care of everything from front desk tasks to resolving issues in the rooms. The location in Peabody was a bit tricky to get to but worthwhile, being near Boston and Salem. However, the dining options were subpar with only packaged muffins and instant oatmeal available.

My stay at the hotel was quite comfortable and convenient. The room, although a bit tight in the bathroom, had a great living room space where I could relax while my daughter slept. The service was friendly and accommodating, despite a minor issue with the room type reservation. The location, while a bit tricky to find, was worth it due to its proximity to various key places. However, the breakfast was underwhelming with very limited options.

The room was clean and really liked the size; however, the 'pillow' was more like a pancake, and no ice machine onsite. The full kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, and sink was convenient. The staff took care of everything and was very helpful, but the location was a little tricky to get to. The breakfast could have had more choices, mainly offering muffins, granola bars, and coffee. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
